I encourage open communication in a calm and neutral environment, ensuring all are heard without taking sides. This helps parties to understand each other's perspective, which in turn assists in reaching an agreement.

 

M​ediation is a process that is ideally used to achieve fair and amicable resolutions outside the court system, saving time and expense, and minimising stress. These are all important aspects of mediation but I take the view that saving time is the key, as if a dispute is resolved quickly, this naturally reduces stress and the cost of the matter being disputed.
